Vegetable Brush

Brushing instead of peeling! Gently clean vegetables without peeling off the healthy, vitamin-rich layers. A vegetable brush with two sides... a dark side, with hard natural union bristles for insensitive vegetables.

Then a gentle side with lighter Tampico bristles for the sensitive vegetables to be gently cleaned. The wood is FSC® certified beech wood.

Could also be used as a household scrubbing brush.

CARE

Do not leave any of the wood parts soaking in water, the wood will absorb water and it will cause the wood to swell and crack, or the metal pieces to come out. Hang it to dry or place it in a dry spot after using it.

To prolong the life of the brush, dip it in a bath of equal part vinegar and water occasionally to help kill bacteria. 

The handle should last for a couple of years with normal usage.
