This 70% chocolate bar contains no added sugar and is sweetened with date powder. Therefore it has a low glycemic index and fewer calories than chocolate with sugar. The date powder works very well in combination with beans from the Dominican Republic. A delicious chocolate bar that is also responsible!

The beans are roasted at medium temperature, making sure all the flavors end up in the chocolate bar. 

Bean-to-bar chocolate distinguishes itself by keeping the bean in the centre of the chocolate. The vintage, region and farm where the beans come from determine the taste of the chocolate, just like with wine or coffee, and you can taste it!
