This subtly oxidised oolong from the Chinese province of fujian has a convincing taste. Typical are the tightly rolled leaves and the natural fruity sweetness. Oolong is a traditional Chinese tea. Oolong is semi-oxidised so that the taste is between green and black tea. Green tea is not oxidised at all and black tea is completely oxidised.

- Brewing time: 3-4 minutes
