Vegan Chocolate - Nicaragua Kubaly


This 70% chocolate bar is made from cacao beans from Nicaragua. 

The beans are roasted at medium temperature, making sure all the flavors end up in the chocolate bar. 

Bean-to-bar chocolate distinguishes itself by keeping the bean in the center of the chocolate. The vintage, region, and farm where the beans come from determine the taste of the chocolate, just like with wine or coffee, and you can taste it!

    The chocolate bar is plastic free, it comes wrapped in aluminum and cardboard, which can be recycled.

    Dusk follows two main philosophies when creating their chocolate bars:

    • Agroforestry: All their ingredients are sustainably sourced, and the cocoa is grown according to agroforestry principles, which promote biodiversity, prevents deforestation, and protects the availability of water.
    • Happy farmers: Beans are bought at above market prices, helping farmers be paid fairly for their work and help prevent exploitation.
